Students will gain the in-depth knowledge, competencies, skills, tools, and techniques required to plan and execute major projects that achieve organizational goals on time and on budget. The Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge is an integral part of the program curriculum. The curriculum also addresses emerging trends in project management through courses in agile project management, project recovery and project leadership.
