• Udayana University’s forms.
• Colour scanned valid passport (passport cover, ID page), has 18 months validity for 6 months study, 24 months validity for 1-year study
• Recent Color Closed up photo should be in jpeg/jpg. Please follow the guidelines below:
  • Formal Dress
  • In Color
  • Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
  • Glasses are not acceptable
  • With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
  • Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
