One course in two cities! The course examines the architecture and urbanism of two European cities (Barcelona and Almere) with a very different cultural and historical background. Barcelona was founded as a Roman city and has been growing through the ages; Almere is the youngest city in The Netherlands and has jumped straight into the future. But there is something they have in common: they both put innovation into perspective and have sustainability in the core business of their development. Dates and Schedule Week 1: from 29.06.2015 to 03.07.2015 Week 2: from 06.07.2015 to 10.07.2015 Course Duration This course may be attended: Week 1: in Almere (The Netherlands), for 1 week Full Time Week 2: Barcelona (Spain), for 1 week Full Time Presentation Course Level: Basic to Intermediate Credits: 2.0 ECTS credits + Certificate of Attendance. One course in two cities! This course is an open minded response to the persons looking for getting knowledge and practice related to the modern human and material resource management. Management alternatives associated to a project accomplishment will be presented and practiced. Course Level: Basic to Intermediate Credits: This course delivers 1.5 ECTS and 25 PDUs + Certificate of Attendance This course is an open minded response for those who look for new ways of management in today’s competitive environment, which involves switching from the traditional economy to the information economy. The course gives a flexible and practical approach of the Project Manager profession, using formal strategies that help to control the project and meet the objectives: bringing the project on schedule, within the budget and according to specifications.
